Types of Products We Purchase
PA Polyamide
Polyamide is a type of semi-crystalline polymer. Polyamide, which is one of the engineering plastics, is also known as nylon in the colloquial language. This type of plastic, which is a hard plastic, is a type of plastic that is resistant to abrasion and bending. It has high strength under load. Polyamide has the ability to absorb water. For this reason, it is an engineering plastic that is not preferred in areas that need to be in contact with water. While the carbon fiber in its structure increases the strength of the alloy, it also facilitates its processing. There are two most well-known varieties. Pa 6 and PA 66.

The usage area of polyamide is very wide. It has a wide range of uses, from military applications to food industry packaging. When it is converted into a flexible material that reduces the rupture coefficient, it is used extensively in maritime, especially in ropes. It is also used in the wear areas of the product, which is called nylon stockings among the people. For example, a sock may consist of 80% cotton and 20% polyamide.

PA 6 Polyamide
PA 6 is an engineering plastic with the best physical properties among nylons. Developed in 1952, this engineering plastic is a type of plastic that can withstand high or low temperatures and can be used for a long time. PA 6, which is used extensively in electrical materials, also has high electrical insulation properties.
PA 66 Polyamide
The varieties of PA 66 Polyamide (PA), which is one of the engineering plastics, are named with the numbers used in the following. These numbers represent the type and number of polymer chains in the chemical structure of the PA product. These continue as PA 6, Pa 11, PA 12.
The most widely used variants of PA polyamide are PA 6 and PA 66. These products are a type of polyamide (PA) that is heat resistant, has hardness and shows high resistance to abrasion. In addition to its excellent physical properties, it is widely used in the automotive industry due to its resistance to solvents and hot water.
It is an engineering plastic used in many fields, especially in the automotive sector. For example, high-quality cable ties are produced from PA 66. It is also used in the food industry because its moisture retention rate is very low. However, this product is preferred due to its high resistance and durability when exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Engineering plastics are the most preferred plastic types in the industry due to their robust and long-lasting structures.

PA 11 - 12 Polyamide
Polyamide 11 (PA 11) is a unique high performance polyamide produced from renewable resource (Castor oil). Polyamide 12 (PA 12) finds wide use due to its extraordinary properties similar to those of: excellent chemical and thermal resistance, high dimensional stability and low density.
